CCR7 antibody [HL6554]

CCR7 antibody [HL6554] detects CCR7 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MJ cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: CCR7 stained by CCR7 antibody [HL6554] (GTX649024) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CCR7 antibody [HL6554] (GTX649024) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CCR7 antibody [HL6554] (GTX649024) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
