CD20 antibody [HL6219]

CD20 antibody [HL6219] detects CD20 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raji cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: CD20 stained by CD20 antibody [HL6219] (GTX648311) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD20 antibody [HL6219] (GTX648311) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on NCBI database.
