CD200 / OX2 antibody detects CD200 / OX2 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD200 / OX2 antibody (GTX130094) at a dilution of 1:1000.
