CD22 antibody [HL5599]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD22 antibody [HL5599] (GTX646281) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

CD22 antibody [HL5599] detects CD22 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raji cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: CD22 stained by CD22 antibody [HL5599] (GTX646281) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).
