CD38 antibody [HL5737]

CD38 antibody [HL5737] detects CD38 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Daudi cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: CD38 stained by CD38 antibody [HL5737] (GTX646688) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD38 antibody [HL5737] (GTX646688) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
