CD79a antibody [HL5600]

CD79a antibody [HL5600] (GTX646282) detects CD79a protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Daudi were blocked with an FcR blocking reagent for 10 minutes and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with CD79a antibody [HL5600] (GTX646282) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.

CD79a antibody [HL5600] detects CD79a protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Daudi cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CD79a stained by CD79a antibody [HL5600] (GTX646282) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (–) and treated (+) unboiled Daudi whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD79a antibody [HL5600] (GTX646282) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

CD79a antibody [HL5600] detects CD79a protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human tissues.
CD79a stained by CD79a antibody [HL5600] (GTX646282) diluted at 1:2500.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-EDTA buffer, pH 9.0, 15 min

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD79a antibody [HL5600] (GTX646282) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
