Application Note
Immunofluorescence 5-20 ug/mL. Flow cytometry 1-5 ug/10^6 cells. Immunohistochemistry 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system. The optimal dilution factors should be determined by the individual laboratory. This antibody was not quality controlled in flow cytometry. This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope.
