CD81 Sandwich ELISA Kit

ELISA analysis of human CD81 (ECD) protein using Human CD81 ELISA Kit (GTX545081).

Commercially available lyophilized exosomes were reconstituted and analyzed using Human CD81 ELISA kit (GTX545081). Results are expressed as relative absorbance values (P/N), where P represents sample absorbance and N represents dilution buffer background absorbance.

A. Recovery assay was determined by spiking CD81 ECD proteins at various levels throughout the assay range in the listed samples. B. To determine linearity, the listed samples were spiked with CD81 ECD proteins and diluted with Assay Diluent in 1:2 and 1:4. The value was assessed by comparing it to undiluted samples.
