CD9 antibody [HL4524]

Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant CD9 (EC2 domain) protein, human Fc tag (GTX144108-pro) using antibodies as below.

Capture: CD9 antibody [HL4525] (GTX644095) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated CD9 antibody [HL4524] (GTX644094) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX644094 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX644095. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Human CD9 (ECD) protein, human Fc tag (GTX144108-pro) (0.87-55.56 nM). Coated protein was probed with CD9 antibody [HL4524] (GTX644094) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

CD9 antibody [HL4524] detects CD9 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: CD9 stained by CD9 antibody [HL4524] (GTX644094) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

CD9 antibody [HL4524] detects CD9 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: RPMI-8226 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CD9 stained by CD9 antibody [HL4524] (GTX644094) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
