CD9 antibody [HL4525]

Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant CD9 (EC2 domain) protein, human Fc tag (GTX144108-pro) using antibodies as below.

Capture: CD9 antibody [HL4525] (GTX644095) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated CD9 antibody [HL4524] (GTX644094) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX644094 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX644095. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant CD9 (EC2 domain) protein, human Fc tag (GTX144108-pro) (0.87-55.56 nM). Coated protein was probed with CD9 antibody [HL4525] (GTX644095) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

CD9 antibody [HL4525] detects CD9 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat salivary gland.
CD9 stained by CD9 antibody [HL4525] (GTX644095) diluted at 1:250.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

CD9 antibody [HL4525] detects CD9 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat tissues.
CD9 stained by CD9 antibody [HL4525] (GTX644095) diluted at 1:250.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD9 antibody [HL4525] (GTX644095) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD9 antibody [HL4525] (GTX644095) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
