The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the peptidase family S14 and hydrolyzes proteins into small peptides in the presence of ATP and magnesium. The protein is transported into mitochondrial matrix and is associated with the inner mitochondrial membrane. [provided by RefSeq]

Wild-type (WT) and CLPP knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CLPP antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX104656) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

CLPP antibody detects CLPP protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CLPP antibody (GTX104656) diluted by 1:500.
