Application Note

We recommend the following starting dilutions: For WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/ml. For ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml. For IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 1.0 μg/ml. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6.0 sodium citrate buffer is recommended. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
