Cathepsin A antibody

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cathepsin A antibody (GTX133016) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Cathepsin A antibody detects Cathepsin A protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse liver.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
