Background
This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. [provided by RefSeq]

GTX106469 WB Image
Wild-type (WT) and Coronin 1C knockout (KO) HEK293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Coronin 1C antibody [C3], C-term (GTX106469) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

GTX106469 WB Image
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Coronin 1C antibody [C3], C-term (GTX106469) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
