Coxsackievirus A6 VP3 antibody [HL4839]

Coxsackievirus A6 VP3 antibody [HL4839] detects Coxsackievirus A6 VP3 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Coxsackievirus A6 VP3 stained by Coxsackievirus A6 VP3 antibody [HL4839] (GTX644902) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Coxsackievirus A6 VP3 antibody [HL4839] (GTX644902) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
