CSF1R antibody detects CSF1R protein by western blot analysis. Zebrafish tissue extracts (30 μg) was separated by 7.5 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CSF1R antibody (GTX128677) at a dilution of 1:1000.
