Human Bladder Tissue Lysate(GTX24001)
At least two isoforms of Cyclin O are known to exist; this antibody will recognize both isoforms.
PBS with 0.02% sodium azide.
Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), store at 4ºC. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
1 mg/ml (Please refer to the vial label for the specific concentration.)
Cyclin O antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the center of human Cyclin O.The immunogen is located within amino acids 90 - 140 of Cyclin O.
Purified by antigen-affinity chromatography
For laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.

This gene, which has a previous symbol of UNG2, was erroneously identified as a uracil DNA glycosylase in PubMed ID: 2001396. A later publication, PubMed ID: 8419333, identified this gene's product as a cyclin protein family member. The UNG2 term is also used as a specific protein isoform name for the UNG gene (GeneID 7374), so confusion exists in the scientific literature and in some databases for these two genes.[provided by RefSeq, Nov 2010]
