DDDDK tag antibody [GT482]

Immunoprecipitation of DDDDK-tag tagged protein from DDDDK-tag tagged protein transfected 293T whole cell extracts using 5 μg of DDDDK tag antibody [GT482] (GTX636631).
Western blot analysis was performed using DDDDK tag antibody [GT482] (GTX636631).
EasyBlot HRP-conjugated anti mouse IgG antibody (GTX221667-01).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DDDDK tag antibody [GT482] (GTX636631) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

DDDDK tag antibody [GT482] detects DDDDK tag protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: DDDDK tag stained by DDDDK tag antibody [GT482] (GTX636631) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
