DDDDK tag antibody

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with DDDDK tag antibody (GTX115043) diluted at 1:2000 and competitor's antibody diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

DDDDK tag antibody detects DDDDK tag at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Samples: HeLa cells mock (left) and transfected with ZNF365–fusion protein (right) were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: DDDDK tag stained by DDDDK tag antibody (GTX115043) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

An ELISA plate is coated with 50 μL of a DDDDK tag conjugated BSA at concentration of 10 μg/mL. The peptide conjugated carrier protein is coated and detected with anti-DDDDK tag antibody (GTX115043) at concentration ranged from 1.95 to 125 ng/mL.
