DECR1 antibody [N1C3]

Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DECR1 antibody (GTX109608) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

DECR1 antibody [N1C3] detects DECR1 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: DECR1 protein stained by DECR1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX109608) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
