DEDD antibody

DEDD antibody detects DEDD protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NT2/D1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: DEDD protein stained by DEDD antibody (GTX113895) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) mouse leukocyte extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DEDD antibody (GTX113895) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
