Cat No. GTX87908

Host Rabbit
Clonality Polyclonal
Application IHC-P, ELISA
Reactivity Human
APPLICATION

Application Note

We recommend the following starting dilutions:

IHC: 1:50~1:100
ELISA: 1:20000

Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Calculated MW

124 kDa. ( Note )

Specificity/Sensitivity

DGKZ Antibody detects endogenous levels of total DGKZ protein.
PROPERTIES

Form

Liquid

Buffer

Phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 117% glycerol.

Storage

Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), store at 4ºC. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Antigen Species

Human

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human DGKZ.

Purification

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Conjugation

Unconjugated

Note

For laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
TARGET

Synonyms

Diacylglycerol Kinase Zeta,Dagk5,Dagk6,Dgk-Zeta,Hdgkzeta,Dgkz

Background

Displays a strong preference for 1,2-diacylglycerols over 1,3-diacylglycerols, but lacks substrate specificity among molecular species of long chain diacylglycerols. Isoform 2 but not isoform 1 regulates RASGRP1 activity.
