DUT antibody

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded A549 xenograft, using DUT(GTX117563) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Immunoprecipitation of DUT protein from A431 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of DUT antibody (GTX117563).
Western blot analysis was performed using DUT antibody (GTX117563).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DUT antibody (GTX117563) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
