Application Note

IP: Use at a concentration of 5 - 10 μg/ml. WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 5 μg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 80 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 67 kDa). Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
