E tag antibody [HL2715]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with E-Tag-tagged protein antibody [HL2715] (GTX639476) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

E-Tag-tagged protein antibody [HL2715] detects E-Tag-tagged protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: E-Tag-tagged protein stained by E-Tag-tagged protein antibody [HL2715] (GTX639476) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
