Background

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the RP/EB family of genes. The protein localizes to the cytoplasmic microtubule network and binds APCL, a homolog of the adenomatous polyposis coli tumor suppressor gene. [provided by RefSeq]

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EB3 antibody (GTX115652) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
