Background

May regulate B-cell receptor (BCR)-induced immature and primary B-cell apoptosis (By similarity). Plays a role as negative regulator of the canonical NF-kappa-B-activating branch (By similarity). Controls spontaneous apoptosis through the regulation of BCL2L1 abundance.

Sample: Frozen sectioned E13.5 Rat brain.
Green: EFHD2 protein stained by EFHD2 antibody (GTX108080) diluted at 1:250.
Red: beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1, a mature neuron marker, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ TUJ1 antibody [GT11710] (GTX631836) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EFHD2 antibody (GTX108080) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: DIV14 rat E18 primary cortical neurons were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: EFHD2 protein stained by EFHD2 antibody (GTX108080) diluted at 1:500.
