EGFR (phospho Ser1047) antibody [HL5304]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with EGFR (phospho Ser1047) antibody [HL5304] (GTX645769) diluted at 1:1000 and EGFR antibody [C2C3], C-term antibody (GTX100448) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with EGFR non-phospho peptide, EGFR (phospho Ser1046) peptide, EGFR (phospho Ser1047) peptide, and EGFR (phospho Ser1046/Ser1047) peptide (250 ng/mL). Coated peptides were probed with EGFR (phospho Ser1047) antibody [HL5304] (GTX645769) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
