Untreated (–) and treated (+) A431 whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with EGFR (phospho Tyr1148) antibody [HL3278] (GTX640932) diluted at 1:20000 and competitor's antibody (Highly Cited Competitor) diluted at 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

EGFR (phospho Tyr1148) antibody [HL3278] detects EGFR (phospho Tyr1148) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: EGFR (phospho Tyr1148) stained by EGFR (phospho Tyr1148) antibody [HL3278] (GTX640932) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with EGFR peptide and EGFR (phospho Tyr1148) peptide (15.63 ng/mL). Coated peptides were probed with EGFR (phospho Tyr1148) antibody [HL3278] (GTX640932) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
