Background

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the EGR family of C2H2-type zinc-finger proteins. It is a nuclear protein and functions as a transcriptional regulator. The products of target genes it activates are required for differentitation and mitogenesis. Studies suggest this is a cancer suppresor gene. [provided by RefSeq]

GTX129015 ICC/IF Image

EGR1 antibody detects EGR1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Neuro2A cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: EGR1 stained by EGR1 antibody (GTX129015) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Anti-EGR1 antibody used in Western Blot (WB). GTX129015

GTX129015 WB Image

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EGR1 antibody (GTX129015) diluted at 1:5000.

Anti-EGR1 antibody used in Western Blot (WB). GTX129015

GTX129015 WB Image

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EGR1 antibody (GTX129015) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
