EMR2 antibody [HL4420]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) unboiled THP-1 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EMR2 antibody [HL4420] (GTX643709) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EMR2 antibody [HL4420] (GTX643709) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

EMR2 antibody [HL4420] detects EMR2 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% PFA.
Green: EMR2 stained by EMR2 antibody [HL4420] (GTX643709) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
