KO/KD

Wild-type (WT) and ERP72 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ERP72 antibody (GTX115263) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Comparison

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with ERP72 antibody (GTX115263) diluted at 1:500 and competitor's antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
