ETHE1 antibody

ETHE1 antibody detects ETHE1 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37ºC for 30 min.
Green: ETHE1 protein stained by ETHE1 antibody (GTX115707) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Green: ETHE1 protein stained by ETHE1 antibody (GTX115707) diluted at 1:200.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded MCF7 xenograft, using ETHE1(GTX115707) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
