Ebola virus GP1 antibody

Ebola virus GP1 antibody detects Ebola virus GP1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Ebola virus GP1 protein stained by Ebola virus GP1 antibody (GTX134144) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ebola virus GP1 antibody (GTX134144) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
