GTX134031 WB Image

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ebola virus NP antibody (GTX134031) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Application Tested : ICC/IF
Sample : HEK293T expressing Ebola Zaire NP
Fixation : -20 degree Methanol
Permeabilization /Antigen retrieval : no additional permeabilization
Primary Antibody : 1:300, room temperature°C, 1Hr
Figure Note : HEK293T cells transiently expressing Ebola Zaire NP and control non-transfected HEK293T cells were fixed by cold methanol (-20 degree). The cells were stained with primary anti-NP antibody (1:300) at room temperature for 1 hr followed by secondary antibody (anti-Rabbit conjugated with Alexa 488). Images are observed by wide-filed fluorescence microscopy using a 40 x objective lens.
