EV71 2B antibody detects EV71 2B protein by western blot analysis. Un-infected (-) and infected with EV71 C2 strain RD whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EV71 2B antibody (GTX132343) at a dilution of 1:1000.
