Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant E.coli expressed, full-length Enterovirus 71 VP1 protein, His tag (GTX138560-pro) (1.79-114.29 nM). Coated protein was probed with Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796] (GTX644808) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796] detects Enterovirus 71 VP1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Enterovirus 71 VP1 stained by Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796] (GTX644808) diluted at 1:500.
Red: DDDDK tag stained by DDDDK tag antibody [GT1216] (GTX636630) diluted at 1:2000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796] (GTX644808) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
