Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796]

Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796] detects Enterovirus 71 VP1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Enterovirus 71 VP1 stained by Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796] (GTX644808) diluted at 1:500.
Red: DDDDK tag stained by DDDDK tag antibody [GT1216] (GTX636630) diluted at 1:2000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody [HL4796] (GTX644808) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
