Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant E.coli expressed, full-length Enterovirus 71 VP1 protein (GTX138561-pro) using ELISA pairs below. The amount of capture and detection antibodies are 5 and 1 μg/mL, respectively. Non-infected (–) and infected RD whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody (GTX132338) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus 71 VP1 antibody (GTX132338) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
