Enterovirus D68 VP2 antibody [HL3641]

Enterovirus D68 VP2 antibody [HL3641] detects Enterovirus D68 VP2 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Enterovirus D68 VP2 stained by Enterovirus D68 VP2 antibody [HL3641] (GTX641632) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus D68 VP2 antibody [HL3641] (GTX641632) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
