F4/80 antibody [HL5469]

F4/80 antibody [HL5469] detects F4/80 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raw264.7 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: F4/80 stained by F4/80 antibody [HL5469] (GTX646111) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

F4/80 antibody [HL5469] (GTX646111) detects Adgre1 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Raw264.7 were blocked with an FcR blocking reagent for 10 minutes and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with staning buffer.
The cells were following stained with F4/80 antibody [HL5469] (GTX646111) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.

Unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with F4/80 antibody [HL5469] (GTX646111) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with F4/80 antibody [HL5469] (GTX646111) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Boiled and unboiled various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with F4/80 antibody [HL5469] (GTX646111) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
