Fentanyl antibody [GT198]

Inhibition analysis of immobilized Fentanyl-BSA binding to Fentanyl antibody [GT198] (GTX643513). Fentanyl antibody binding was inhibited by fentanyl, acetyl-fentanyl, norfentanyl and alfentanil.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Fentanyl-cBSA and cBSA (GTX141334-pro) (62.5-4000 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with Fentanyl antibody [GT198] (GTX643513) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Inhibition analysis of immobilized Fentanyl-cBSA (coated at 0.75 μg/mL) binding to Fentanyl antibody [GT198] (GTX643513) (1 μg/mL). Fentanyl antibody binding was inhibited by increasing concentrations of Norfentanyl, Acetylfentanyl, Carfentanil and Fentanyl (0.78-100 ng/mL). Bound Fentanyl antibody was detected by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000).

The assay utilizes a Fentanyl-cBSA conjugate as the coating antigen. Cross-reactivity was determined by the displacement of the Fentanyl antibody [GT198] (GTX643513) from the immobilized conjugate by the respective free fentanyl analogs.
