GABARAPL1 antibody

GABARAPL1 antibody detects GABARAPL1 protein at autophagosome by immunofluorescent analysis.
Samples: HeLa cells mock (left) and treated with 50μM Chloroquine for 24 hr (right) were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GABARAPL1 protein stained by GABARAPL1 antibody (GTX129277) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: Phalloidin, a F-actin marker.

GABARAPL1 antibody detects GABARAPL1 protein by western blot analysis.

GABARAPL1 antibody (GTX129277) dilution: 1:1000

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with GABARAPL1 antibody (GTX129277) diluted at 1:500 and competitor's antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
