Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with GABARAPL1 antibody (GTX132664) diluted at 1:500 and competitor's antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (60 μg) and tissue extracts (15 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GABARAPL1 antibody (GTX132664) diluted at 1:1000.

GABARAPL1 antibody detects GABARAPL1 protein at autophagosome by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GABARAPL1 protein stained by GABARAPL1 antibody (GTX132664) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:50.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
