KO/KD

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (50 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GABARAPL2 antibody (GTX132666) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Various tissue extracts (15 μg) and whole cell extracts (40 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GABARAPL2 antibody (GTX132666) diluted at 1:1000.

Sample: Mock and treated HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GABARAPL2 stained by GABARAPL2 antibody (GTX132666) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
