GAD65 antibody

GAD65 antibody detects GAD65 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary hippocampal neuron cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GAD65 stained by GAD65 antibody (GTX113192) diluted at 1:500.
Red: beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 antibody [GT11710] (GTX631836) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GAD65 antibody (GTX113192) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

GAD65 antibody detects GAD2 protein at cytosol on RT2 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded RT2 xenograft.
GAD65 antibody (GTX113192) dilution: 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using GAD65(GTX113192) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2500.
