Application Note

The peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of GPCR GPR120 antibody (GeneTex Cat.# GTX71279).

Product Note

It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in immunohistochemistry analysis by pre-incubating the antibody with a 1-10X molar volume of peptide for 60 minutes at room temperature. Optimization of the molar ratio of antigen to antibody may be required.
