GPR15 antibody detects GPR15 protein by western blot analysis. HepG2 whole cell extracts and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR15 antibody (GTX130628) at a dilution of 1:1000.
