GPR15 antibody detects GPR15 protein by western blot analysis. Human tissue extracts (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR15 antibody (GTX131192) diluted at 1:1000.

GPR15 antibody detects GPR15 protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GPR15 protein stained by GPR15 antibody (GTX131192) diluted at 1:400.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
