GPR23 antibody [HL4712]

GPR23 antibody [HL4712] detects GPR23 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: GPR23 stained by GPR23 antibody [HL4712] (GTX644713) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Unboiled rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR23 antibody [HL4712] (GTX644713) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR23 antibody [HL4712] (GTX644713) diluted at 1:50000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Unboiled various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR23 antibody [HL4712] (GTX644713) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
