GluR1 antibody [GT301]

GluR1 antibody [GT301] detects GluR1 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse hippocampus.
Green: GluR1 stained by GluR1 antibody [GT301] (GTX645027) diluted at 1:200.
Red: beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 antibody (GTX130245) diluted at 1:250.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GluR1 antibody [GT301] (GTX645027) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on NCBI database.

Boiled and unboiled various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GluR1 antibody [GT301] (GTX645027) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
